IRS agents will be on-hand to assist attendees in completing their Income Tax Return for 2005 on February 19, 2006, 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at W. 17th Street, Houston, TX 77008. If you have the 1040 EZ form or the 1040 itemized form, we can help you. If you are requesting assistance with the long form, please have all of your receipts categorized. If you have personal tax questions, you may call for an individual appointment with an IRS agent, our phone number is 713-291-2202.  Appointments start at 2:15 p.m. There will also be assistance for anyone wanting to complete the "ITIN" application. Please bring the following documents:

• 2 forms of government Identification
• Social Security cards for dependents
